Hotel Reservation & Booking Policies

Special Events Seasons are defined as August – May.

Prices are subject to change. Please contact The Innkeeper for current rates prior to booking.


 

Reservation Policy

When submitting your reservation, you are agreeing to the specific terms and conditions for that reservation type
Special offers and promotional rates have specific requirements noted at time of booking and may not be represented here.


 

Deposit Policy

A credit card is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. 
The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.


 

CancelLation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled outside (48) hours prior to arrival, there will be no charges applied unless otherwise stated. 
For cancellations that occur within (48) hours prior to the arrival date, the fee of (1) night room and tax will be charged to your credit card on file. 
In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged. 
A seven-day notice is required for all weekends falling on special events. In the case of no-show or a reservation is cancelled with less than a seven-day notice, guest will be charged 100% room rate and tax.

Arrival Time: 4:00 p.m. 

Departure Time: 10:00 a.m.

Early Arrivals: Please call in advance.

Late Departures: Extend to noon as a courtesy based on availability

Past noon: Please speak with the Innkeeper

Parking

Each room is assigned one parking space on premises.


 

Smoking Policy

The Park Avenue Inn is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking. A fine of $500 will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy.


 

Pet Policy

The Park Avenue Inn is pet friendly, and pets under 15 lbs are welcome to stay. Pets must be kept on a leash when on the property/inside the Inn and may not be left alone in the hotel unless specific arrangements are made prior to arrival with the Innkeeper. Pet fee: $50/day
