The best place to stay in Tallahassee! History, charm and Southern hospitality all in one beautifully restored mansion dating back to the 1840’s, one of the few remaining on Park Avenue.
My husband and I stayed after the birth of our first grandchild. Our daughter came to visit with the baby, her first outing. We were made to feel very much at home by our wonderful hostess, Kate, who invited our daughter to join us for breakfast. A great find. This is our home away from home when we visit Tallahassee. We will stay nowhere else.

What an incredible experience immersed in the history of Tallahassee’s Park Avenue district. You can saunter to some of my favorite restaurants; Andrew’s, Avenue, 101. From the front porch to the antique furnishings, the Park Avenue Inn took me someplace comfortable, southern and historical that I’ve never been to. Thanks to Kate for all the hospitality!

The Park Ave Inn was an essential part of our Perfect Wedding weekend!!! It was the perfect location to enjoy royal treatment and for our fairytale weekend!

We rented the entire Inn for two nights. It was to house out-of-town family members for our son’s wedding. Our expectations were met and then some. The breakfast was made to order, excellent food, and service. This is a historic home. The décor is fitting and the pride of ownership is exceptionally strong!

My wife and I stayed at the Park Ave Inn on a whim a few weeks ago, and we are so happy we did so. First, the house is an incredibly-well restored and maintained piece of Tallahassee history. Every room is uniquely and expertly decorated to be extremely comfortable and consistent with the historic nature of the home. And this isn’t “B&B comfortable” (i.e. well worn). Furnishings and bedding are new and luxury-level.
The Inn couldn’t be more centrally located, and is made to accommodate business travelers who want a break from the monotony of chain hotels, but still require fast wifi connections, full cable/satellite TV and easy check-in/out convenience. Kate the manager was a pleasure to deal with, cooked us an outstanding breakfast in the morning, and made our stay a memorable one. Don’t hesitate. The Park Avenue Inn made our stay!
